Unfortunately, this isn't nulled which causes demos can't be imported.

Would you please share the activation code or if there's a trick to bypass this?

Try installing auxin-elements plugin from the plugins folder. That should be nulled. I haven't try it but let me know if it works.

I can also confirm that this is NOT working, even with the auxin-elements plugin.

It is registering as the pro version, BUT you still need a code entered or it will not let you use the demo importer.

All pro demos are showing a "unlock" button which you have to enter the code in order to be able to import it.
I'll have a looksy .. hang on.

The ones showing as "locked" are stored on the remote server, you'd need a valid license
to access the templates - not to locally unlock them, make sense ?
Scroll all the way down .. the last ones are free.
Everything showing as locked is server-side content.
The admin notice is cosmetic as well - it's just the auto-update check.
Install this theme version first.

Follow the instructions inside the nulled readme text file. Install the plugin first and after the theme. Import the demos. Upgrade the theme and plugin after the demo import. Works okay on my end. Remember the install order!!
Updated Attempt

Did what the admin suggested by uploading the older version with the nulled plugin.

You can't use the newer wordpress 5.2.1 or you will see many code errors occurring as the older theme is not compatible. So I installed wordpress 5.1.1 and it seemed fine to work on that one.

My intention was to install the demo I wanted then update the wordpress, theme, plugins.

The theme did register it as being activated and the "unlock" buttons changed to "import demo", BUT that is as far as you can get.

When you try to import the demo it force installs updated plugins, and will not let you skip this step.

So it updates the nulled plugin to version 2.4.4, therefore causing it to not be nulled anymore.

When you continue to import the demo content, nothing happens, as the plugin has been updated so it blocks it from importing.

The only way this theme is going to work is if someone nulls the newer 2.4.4 version of the core plugin.
If I knew how to do it I would null it myself and send it to admin so they can upload it, but software coding is not my area. All I can do is share my testing experience with others and hope someone sees something that I may be missing.
